Gayrat Fozilov meetswith the Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 17 May 2022, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov met with Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service Enrique Mora in Brussels. 

During the meeting, the current state and prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the European Union in areas of mutual interest were discussed. 

An exchange of views took place on upcoming events on the bilateral and regional agenda, including the Ministerial Conference "European Union - Central Asia" on strengthening connectivity and sustainable development in Samarkand. 

As a result, an agreement was reached to maintain regular contacts.
