From 1 January 2020, all revenue of Uzbekistan Airways’ foreign representative offices to go to commercial banks of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures to further streamline the operation of accounts opened by Uzbekistan Airways representative offices”.

According to the resolution, starting from 1 January 2020, all the revenue of the representative offices of Uzbekistan Airways JSC (excluding operating expenses and the cost of maintaining the representative offices) abroad will be obligatory transferred to accounts in commercial banks of Uzbekistan.

Also, the operating costs of the representative offices of Uzbekistan Airways JSC will be determined in agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
