Fonon creates joint venture to produce jewelry with Korean partners

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The state research and production enterprise Fonon and the South Korean Hwachon Plant-Gemco are planning to establish a joint venture to produce jewelry in Tashkent.

In Seoul, representatives of companies signed an agreement on the establishment of the Uzbek-Korean joint venture.

The statutory fund of the joint venture will be US$30 million. The joint venture is created on a parity basis.
