Fog limited the work of the Urgench International Airport

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Urgench International Airport was unable to receive three flights this night.

Passenger flight HY-9616 of Uzbekistan airways, on the route Moscow - Urgench, at 03:30 was unable to land at the destination airport and was redirected to an alternate airfield in Navoi due to weather conditions - fog, visibility 300 meters.

For the same reason, the S7 airlines plane, flying SBI-3245 from Moscow, could not land at 03:00 at the Urgench airport. The plane was redirected to Bukhara airport.

The departure of flight HY-53 on the route Tashkent - Urgench was also postponed.

By morning the fog cleared. Flight SBI-3245 departed Bukhara for Urgench at 09:30, flight HY-9616 departed Navoi at 09:20. Flight HY-53 took off from Tashkent at 09:48, landing in Urgench at 10:55. The return flight of S7 Airlines from Urgench to Moscow is scheduled for 22:05 local time.
