FIFA President Gianni Infantino to Visit Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — FIFA President Gianni Infantino will visit Uzbekistan in the coming days at the invitation of the Uzbekistan Football Association.

During his visit, the FIFA chief will discuss projects with Uzbek officials aimed at further developing football in the country and will tour the National Football Center.

The highlight of the trip will be attending the final match of the 2025 CAFA Nations Cup, which Infantino will watch from the stadium. The final, scheduled for 8 September, will feature the national teams of Uzbekistan and Iran.
