Ferncroft Holding purchases 37.3% of Uztashqineftgaz

Ferncroft Holding Ltd (Great Britain) purchased about 37.3% shares of Uztashqineftgaz open joint stock company (Uzbek External Oil and Gas).
The British company acquired 74,533 shares of Uztashqineftgaz OJSC for 49,170.62 soums per share of 37.2665% stake in the company through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent” (UZSE). Total sum of the deal made up 3.665 billion soums.
Uztashqineftgaz OJSC specializes on supply of material and technical equipment for Uzbekneftegaz national holding company and export of oil products.
Along with the British company, largest shareholder of Uztashqineftgaz OJSC is Uzbekneftegaz national holding company (51%).
