Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Ferghana Region Governor Khayrullo Bozorov has discussed two potential investment projects with representatives of Chinese companies: the construction and reconstruction of modern sports facilities and the introduction of smart water management technologies in agriculture.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop the proposals and move towards their practical implementation, the regional administration’s press service reported.
Ge Chenning, a representative of Jiangsu Chenhui Construction Co., Ltd., presented proposals for implementing a previously discussed project to build and renovate sports facilities.
Company representatives outlined their approach to developing sports infrastructure in line with international standards while taking national architectural traditions and values into account. Bozorov expressed support for the initiative.
The second project was presented by Wei Qing, head of Jintian Industrial Development Group. It envisages introducing smart water management technologies and improving the efficiency of water use in agriculture.
The proposed solutions are intended to improve monitoring of water consumption, reduce the impact of human factors and increase operational efficiency.
The proposals include launching a pilot project, demonstrating its capabilities in practice and establishing production of the necessary equipment.
The meeting participants agreed to examine both projects in detail and continue cooperation on initiatives related to sports infrastructure and the rational use of water resources.
