Ferghana Delegation Reviews Malaysian Housing Project

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Uzbekistan’s Ferghana region has visited Malaysia to study a modern residential development, according to official reports.

During the visit, the delegation familiarized itself with the Idaman Bukit Jelutong residential complex built by the MBI Selangor corporation in the state of Selangor.

The project is designed to provide the population with affordable and high-quality housing. The complex consists of 20 floors and includes 1,260 apartments.

The residential area is equipped with infrastructure intended to ensure comfortable living conditions. It includes multi-level parking facilities, retail and service outlets, sports facilities, playgrounds, a swimming pool, and other supporting infrastructure. Security and utility systems are implemented in line with modern standards.

During the visit, representatives of the Ferghana region studied the practical aspects of the project’s implementation and discussed opportunities for cooperation in applying modern urban planning solutions and housing development approaches in the region.

Following the meeting, both sides considered prospects for adopting advanced international experience in affordable housing construction and integrated urban development.
