Fatkhulla Nigmanov Appointed Adviser to Tashkent Khokim

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Fatkhulla Nigmanov has been appointed head of the information-analytic group of the Tashkent City Khokimiyat and adviser to the capital's khokim.

Fatkhulla Nigmanov was born in 1984 in Tashkent. In 2012, he graduated from the Tashkent Architecture and Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in engineering for geodetic calculations and other fields.

Prior to his appointment, he served as deputy chairman of the Tashkent City Territorial Election Commission.

Throughout his career, Nigmanov worked in various responsible positions within the Yunusabad District Khokimiyat.

He later served as first deputy khokim of Bektemir district and was also acting district khokim.
