Denis Istomin advances to second round of ATP Montpellier

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin advanced to the second round of ATP Montpellier (France).

Denis Istomin reached to the second round of the tournament after his opponent Malek Jaziri from Tunisia retired. Jaziri was leading with the score 6:3 after the first set.

The match lasted in 37 minutes. Denis Istomin recorded five aces and committed one double fault.

In his turn, Jaziri twice broke Istomin and registered two aces and one double fault.
