Deadlines for bidding offer for 99,7 % of shares in the chartered capital of “Kokand Biochemical” extended

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzSAMA) extended the deadline for submission of applications for the purchase of a 99.7% stake in the authorized capital of JSC “Kokand Biochemical”.

The deadline was extended until 18:00 of 15 March 2022 by Tashkent time.

This extension is aimed at ensuring a more transparent and competitive sale process, as well as providing Bidders with further opportunities to participate in the process.
