Companies from Uzbekistan and China to develop container transportation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 18 January 2024, in the city of Jinan, Shandong province, a meeting was held between the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, TEMIRYO’LKARGO JSC and the Chinese company Shandong Port Logistics Group Co., Ltd.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of Shandong Port Logistics Group Co., Ltd Wang Wei, Director of the Center for the Study of Transport and Logistics Bekzod Kholmatov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of TEMIRYO’LKARGO JSC Oybek Jabarov.
 
The parties agreed to establish comprehensive cooperation on the joint implementation of multimodal container transportation, exchange of information in all logistics processes, relying on port and logistics resources.
 
As a result of the event, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Shandong Port Logistics Group Co., Ltd and TEMIRYO’LKARGO JSC on the use of existing logistics capabilities.
