Central Bank of Uzbekistan registers new credit union in Andijan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered new credit union in Andijan city, eastern Uzbekistan, a press service of the bank said.

In line with article 17 of the Law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and article 4 of the Law “On credit unions”, the Board of the Central Bank issued license to carry out credit union activity to Zavq Credit with charter capital of 110 million soums.

The activity of the credit union will be directed at financing business projects of its members, small and individual entrepreneurs, as well as render leasing services.
