Bakhtiyor Saidov to Pay Official Visit to Singapore

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, will pay an official visit to Singapore on 21–22 June 2026 at the invitation of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore, Vivian Balakrishnan.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, this visit will mark the first official visit of a head of the foreign policy agency of Uzbekistan to Singapore.

As part of the itinerary, Bakhtiyor Saidov will hold a meeting with the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance of Singapore, Lawrence Wong.

Negotiations are also scheduled with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Vivian Balakrishnan, and the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, who also serves as the Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, Grace Fu.

During the meetings, the sides are expected to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and the further development of relations between Uzbekistan and Singapore.
