Baraka to increase charter capital up to 3bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock universal leasing company Baraka registered emission of shares for total sum of 1.3 billion soums, the company said in a statement.

The company said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of emission.

Within the emission, Baraka issued 130,000 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total sum of the emission makes up 1.3 billion soums.

According to the company, the charter capital of Baraka reached 1.7 billion soums, which comprises of 170,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums each.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the shares of the issue will be placed through open subscription among unlimited circle of investors.
