Uzbek Prime Minister Arrives in Kyrgyzstan for Working Visit

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov arrived in the Kyrgyz Republic on 22 June 2026 for a working visit.

At the Issyk-Kul International Airport, the head of the Uzbek government was met by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The main program of the visit is scheduled for the following day, 23 June. The 12th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Cooperation will be held under the co-chairmanship of Abdulla Aripov and Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The negotiations will take place in both narrow and expanded formats. During the meetings, the sides will review in detail the key areas of interstate interaction, and a package of bilateral documents is planned to be signed following the work of the commission.
