Bakhodir Ahmedov appointed as Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- New Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs has been appointed in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Uzbek ministry said.

According to the Ministry, Bakhodir Ahmedov has been appointed to the post of the Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan on 1 June 2015.

It is worth to mention that Bakhodir Ahmedov has been working as acting Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs since November 2014.

Earlier, he worked as the Deputy Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan and director-general of Uzbeknavo.
