An earthquake occurred in Ferghana region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Republican Center for Seismic Forecasting Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that on 30 January 2024, at 03:27 Tashkent time, an earthquake occurred in the China-Kyrgyzstan border region.

Earthquake coordinates: 41.2 degrees north latitude; 78.79 degrees east longitude. Magnitude M=6.1. Depth 15 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 800 km in a southeast direction.
