An earthquake occurred in Andijan region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Republican Center for Seismic Predictive Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations recorded an earthquake, which occurred on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 9 September  2022, at 02:00 local time.

Epicenter was in Asaka district of Andijan region. Earthquake coordinates: 40.58 degrees north latitude; 72.16 degrees east longitude. Magnitude M=3.3. Depth 10 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 259 km in a southeasterly direction.
