Agency for Agricultural Development to be established in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — An Agency for Agricultural Development will be established in Uzbekistan.

The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the country, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

According to the decree, the new Agency will be created on the basis of the existing Agency for Agricultural Services.

A state target fund will operate under this institution, which will be formed from the existing funds for the development of horticulture and viticulture.

Starting from October this year, the country will update the financing procedures for programs aimed at creating new orchards.
