Academic year at schools will start on 4 September

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the establishment of additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and the transfer of days off in 2023", in honor of Independence Day on 2 September - Saturday is set as an additional day off, in this connection, 1-3 September are considered days off.

In this regard, the new 2023/2024 academic year in all schools of the republic will begin on 4 September 2023 (Monday).
