A student receives a 10-day administrative arrest for selling Notcoin

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – A student of Termez State University was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for selling Notcoin in Uzbekistan.

The Chilanzar District Criminal Court of Tashkent issued the verdict to the 24-year-old student.

According to the case materials, the student used his mobile phone and a banking card for illegal activities involving cryptocurrencies. He sold Notcoin for 800,000 soums, collecting them through Telegram.

The court sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest under Article 155−4 of the Administrative Responsibility Code.

It was also decided to destroy the student’s Galaxy A30 phone and banking card.
