Uzbekistan U-23 hands defeat to Banants

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan Olympic team (U-23) held the third warm-up match within its training camp in Turkey on 23 February 2011.

The Uzbek side, which is preparing for Olympic Games qualifiers, faced Banants of Armenia. Fazil Musaev, Jasur Hasanov and Zohir Pirimov were on target for Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan held three matches in Turkey. They played a 2-2 draw with Shakhtar of Ukraine (2-2) and defeated Neman of Belarus (3-2).

On 24 February, Uzbekistan will play against Russian outfit Krilya Sovetov.
