Uzbekistan to launch unified business benefits registry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has approved a new procedure for forming and updating a unified registry of benefits and preferences for business entities.

The relevant government resolution defines the mechanisms for maintaining the registry on the Unified Interactive State Services Portal.

According to the document, all information on existing incentives will be accumulated on the digital platform of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, subsidiya.mf.uz, and then automatically made available to users through the state services portal. Integration of these systems will ensure free access to data for businesses and citizens.

State bodies and organisations are required to enter information on the benefits and preferences they provide directly into the registry.

Mandatory information includes the name and type of benefit, the legal act on which it is based, as well as its number, date, and reference to the document. In addition, the duration of the benefit, its scope of application, categories of recipients, and other related parameters must be recorded.

The document emphasises that the information entered must be complete, up-to-date, and reliable, which is considered a key requirement for the functioning of the unified registry.

The new system is aimed at increasing transparency of state support for businesses and simplifying entrepreneurs’ access to information on existing incentives and preferences.
