Alfit to Open Representative Office in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Consul General in Novosibirsk Aslam Akbarov met with executives of Alfit, a company specializing in phytoproducts, in the capital of Russia’s Altai Krai.

The sides agreed to open a representative office of the company in Tashkent and subsequently localize production in Uzbekistan. The Dunyo news agency reported.

Alfit produces more than 350 products, including encapsulated herbal mixtures, plant extracts, specialized cosmetics and confectionery products, including sugar-free items.

During the meeting, the sides discussed prospects for promoting the company’s phytotherapeutic products in the Uzbek market, particularly products from Russia’s Altai Krai. Alfit’s management expressed interest in expanding cooperation with Uzbekistan.

The first step will be to open an Alfit representative office in Tashkent in the near future. The sides then plan to establish a joint venture.

The next stage of cooperation is expected to be the localization of Alfit’s production in the Chirchik Special Economic Zone.

Alfit’s management said one of the key areas of further cooperation would be the creation and development of production facilities in Uzbekistan.

In addition, the Uzbek side invited a representative of Alfit Plus to join an Altai Krai business mission that plans to visit Uzbekistan in September 2026.
