Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, together with Türkiye’s Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK), will introduce a qualification assessment and certification system aligned with international standards. The ministry reported this.

The system will cover five areas: care and maintenance, electrical engineering and solar panel installation, CNC machine operation, construction work and plumbing.

Branches of major accredited Turkish centers are planned to be established at the Qualification Assessment Centers currently operating under the ministry.

According to the ministry, the new system will allow citizens to certify their professional qualifications in line with international requirements and expand their opportunities in the labor market.
