Uzbekistan, Tajikistan discuss bilateral ties, upcoming meetings

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan Sodiq Imomi held talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 3 February 2017.

During the talks, the sides discussed current issues of the bilateral agenda, implementation of agreements reached in the framework of the 4th session of the Uzbek-Tajik intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation, which took place in Dushanbe on 27-28 December 2016.

The diplomats of the two countries discussed the practical aspects of the preparation of the forthcoming contacts in the various formats, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
