Uzbekistan slips two places down in FIFA ranking

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) announced its new ranking of national teams on 4 June 2015.

According to new ranking, Uzbekistan lost two places and now holds the 74th place in the world.

Uzbekistan is the sixth best team in the FIFA ranking among Asian countries. Iran (41st place in the world), Japan (52), South Korea (58) and Australia (63), as well as UAE (73) are ahead of Uzbekistan among AFC members.

Germany, Belgium and Argentina are top three nations in the FIFA ranking.
