Uzbekistan Signs New Agricultural Cooperation Deals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The exhibition area organized at the CAEx complex in Tashkent within the framework of the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum served as a platform for the signing of a series of international agreements in the fields of agriculture and industry.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed a cooperation agreement with the Ukrainian company Bratslav, which operates in the field of livestock production and agricultural technologies.

The document provides for the development of cooperation in introducing modern technologies in livestock farming, expanding the production of meat and dairy products, and developing processing capacities.

The agreement is aimed at improving sector efficiency, introducing advanced international expertise, and producing higher value-added products.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed within the framework of the forum between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Italian company Gamma Meccanica S.p.A.

The document provides for cooperation in the processing of plastic waste, the development of insulation material production, and the introduction of circular economy principles.

The parties agreed to further exchange experience, introduce modern technologies, improve environmental sustainability, and implement joint industrial initiatives.
