Uzbekistan Produces Six Millionth Bars Tire

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has recorded a milestone in its industrial sector as Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi (BRZ), located in the Angren Free Economic Zone, produced its six millionth tire under the Bars brand.

The anniversary product was the Bars UZ200 model. The summer tire is designed for the mass market segment and combines features important for drivers, including stability at high speeds, precise handling, effective braking, and reliable road grip. The manufacturer also highlights improved wear resistance and fuel efficiency achieved through a specially developed rubber compound with low rolling resistance.

The Bars UZ200 model is used not only in the aftermarket but is also supplied for original equipment manufacturing for vehicles assembled in the country, including the Kia Sonet.

The plant operates a strict quality control system, under which each tire undergoes mandatory inspection. The production process includes both visual checks and automated testing. Products that do not meet established standards are recycled and do not enter the market.

BRZ continues to expand its product range in line with the requirements of different markets. For the Russian market, the company offers the Bars Solarflexx model, while all-season Bars Timeflexx T tires are supplied for Uzbekistan and export destinations.

Birinchi Rezinotexnika Zavodi was commissioned in 2019 and remains the first and only tire manufacturing plant in Uzbekistan producing products under the Bars brand.
