Uzbekistan produces over 16.7 billion kWh of electricity in 1Q

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan produced more than 16.7 billion kWh of electricity in the first quarter. This was reported by the press service of "Uzbekenergo".

At the same time, Uzbekenergo enterprises generated 15.5 billion kWh of electricity in the reporting period.

In January-March 2018, the enterprises released thermal energy for 2.61 million Gcal.

In January-March, Uzbekistan exported 0.51 billion kWh of electricity.

Uzbekenergo have used 1.02 trillion. soums of investments in the reporting period, including foreign loans under the guarantee of the Government - 932.33 billion soums.
