Uzbekistan joins to White Rook

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- President of Russian Chess Federation Andrei Filatov and President of Chess Federation of Uzbekistan Husan Turdaliev signed a memorandum on cooperation in school chess in Tromsø (Norway) on 13 August 2014.

The Russian federation offers to standardize system of holding chess tournament among school teams White Rook. If Uzbekistan Chess Federation organized championship among school teams, the Russian Chess Federation will allow the winner to participate in final of the White Rook.

The Russia federation said that number of participating countries of the White Rook is increasing. The Russian side expressed its readiness to assist Uzbekistan to stage national championship.
