Uzbekistan increases car production by 40.4% in January-September

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan produced over 186,430 cars in January-September 2019, which is 40.4% higher compared to the same period of 2018.

According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the production of trucks increased by 33.2% in the reporting period - up to 4028 units.

The production of automobile engines in Uzbekistan in January-September 2019 reached 140,200. The growth compared to January-August 2018 was 44.7%.

In January-September 2019, the volume of tractor production made up 1099 units, which is 59.1% less compared to the same period of 2018.
