Uzbekistan imports tangerines for US$4 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- As of 1 December 2020, Uzbekistan imported 23,800 tonnes of tangerines from 11 foreign countries in the amount of US$4.0 million compared to the corresponding period of last year. The volume of imports decreased by US$2.8 million, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

According to the State Committee on Statistics, Uzbekistan imported 19,500 tons worth US$2 million from Pakistan, 2,200 tons for US$911,400 from China, 1,300 tons for US$706,600 from Turkey, 214.2 tonnes for US$147,500 from Egypt and 156.3 tons for US$56,900 from Kazakhstan.

As of 1 December 2019, Uzbekistan imported 24,600 tons of tangerines.
