Uzbekistan Discusses Cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Qatar

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bahromjon Aloyev, held separate meetings with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan, Saad bin Nasser bin Abdullah Abu Haimed, and the Ambassador of Qatar, Hassan bin Hamza Hashim.

During the talks, the sides reviewed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations, focusing on expanding cooperation in political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian areas.

The discussions also included an exchange of views on pressing regional issues, including developments in the Middle East.

Special attention was given to coordinating the schedule and agenda of upcoming joint events at various levels aimed at further strengthening cooperation between the countries.
