Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Azizbek Isoev, an adviser to Uzbekistan’s Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, held a meeting with a delegation from China Southern Power Grid Industrial Development Group on 18 September, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade said.
The sides discussed the development of a modern network of electric vehicle charging stations in Uzbekistan, including the creation of relevant infrastructure along the Tashkent–Khorezm route.
The participants also considered opportunities to localize charging equipment, develop service infrastructure and establish prospective investment projects.
Following the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness to continue practical work on preparing and implementing specific projects.
