Uzbekistan, China Electronics Bodies Sign Cooperation Deal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Uzbekelektroapparat Association and the China Electronics Enterprises Association (CEEA) have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand cooperation in the electronics sector.

The negotiations were held between Uzbekelektroapparat Chairman Mirziyo Yunusov and CEEA President Luo Tao.

Founded in 1983, the China Electronics Enterprises Association is one of the largest industry organisations in China’s electronic information sector. It currently brings together more than 10,000 enterprises and organisations, covering electronic components, household appliances, semiconductors, power electronics, and digital solutions.

The sides discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the electrical engineering and electronics industries, developing direct links with Chinese manufacturers, attracting investment projects, and strengthening industrial cooperation.

Special attention was given to the development of “physical AI” technologies and the expansion of component production for household appliances.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides confirmed their intention to develop long-term cooperation and implement joint projects in high-tech manufacturing.
