Situational Management Center Established in Fergana Region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A Situational Management Center has been established in the Bagdad District of Fergana Region, enabling real-time monitoring of socio-economic processes and analysis of indicators across various sectors, according to the press service of the Fergana Region Khokimiyat.

Khokim of Fergana Region Khayrullo Bozorov reviewed the center's operations during a working visit to the Bagdad District.

The center operates based on the "Digital Khokimiyat" software suite. Currently, approximately 90 information systems from 50 organizations are integrated into the network. Data flows directly from the relevant organizations' IT systems in real time and is aggregated based on established key indicators.

Through the center, authorities can monitor and analyze online conditions in fields such as the economy, investment, public utilities, environmental protection, construction, social welfare, security, and the processing of citizen appeals.

Using a single integrated system accelerates procedures that previously required sending official requests to multiple organizations and waiting several days for information. The immediate availability of operational data creates conditions for prompt data-driven administrative decisions.

Representatives of relevant agencies also work at the center to monitor processes within their operational spheres. In the event of emerging problems or emergency situations, the facility enables rapid deployment of necessary measures.

During the visit, Khayrullo Bozorov was briefed on the center's current operations and subsequently provided suggestions and instructions to further enhance its performance.
