Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan Strengthen Insurance Protection

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Insurance Guarantee Fund of Uzbekistan and the Joint-Stock Company “Insurance Payments Guarantee Fund” of Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening the reliability of national insurance protection systems and improving mechanisms for safeguarding policyholders’ rights.

The document provides for the development of cooperation in key areas, including the exchange of practical experience in organizing insurance payouts and managing financial reserves.

The parties also agreed to work jointly on methodologies aimed at establishing sustainable standards for the functioning of the insurance market.

Particular attention was given to the development of professional dialogue.

Within the framework of the agreement, regular working meetings and consultations are planned, focused on improving the efficiency of insurance institutions.

The implementation of these arrangements is expected to introduce modern international approaches to protecting citizens’ interests and contribute to the long-term stability of the insurance sectors in both Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
