Uzbekgidroenergo to place shares for 235.31 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - Uzbekgidroenergo JSC will place ordinary shares in the amount of 235.31 billion soums.

On 3 November, the Ministry of Finance registered an additional issue of common shares of Uzbekhydroenergo JSC.

The decision to issue additional shares was made on 4 October by the sole shareholder of the JSC and envisages their placement to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance at the expense of the transferred Tupalang reservoir.
