Uzbek Leasing Joins Capital Market Regulatory Sandbox

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — JSC Uzbek Leasing International A.O. has been registered as a participant in the "Regulatory Sandbox" special legal regime in the capital market sector, the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan reported.

Under the special regime, the company plans to act as an issuer of bonds denominated in foreign currency.

Activities will be carried out in accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for the issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of bonds denominated in foreign currency within the framework of the 'Regulatory Sandbox' special legal regime in the capital market sector," registered on 29 April 2026 under number 3826.

The registration of Uzbek Leasing International as a participant in the Regulatory Sandbox took place on 14 August 2026.
