Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — State enterprise Navoiyuran generated nearly 4.3 trillion soums in net profit for the first half of 2026, marking a 136.1 percent increase compared to the same period last year, company data shows. In January–June 2025, the enterprise recorded a net profit of 1.8 trillion soums.

The company's net revenue for the reporting period grew by 101.8 percent year-on-year to reach 9.7 trillion soums. Gross profit rose by 109.1 percent, exceeding 7 trillion soums.

Navoiyuran's assets reached 19.8 trillion soums by the end of the first half, up 70.5 percent compared to the same period last year. Capital increased by 60.1 percent to 15 trillion soums, while retained earnings reached 13.3 trillion soums, an increase of 73.3 percent.

The enterprise's profit over the last 12 months totaled 7.9 trillion soums, which is 56.6 percent higher than a year earlier.

At the same time, the volume of Navoiyuran's long-term bank loans increased by the end of the reporting period to 3.6 trillion soums, compared to 1.6 trillion soums a year earlier.

According to Bloomberg, Navoiyuran is expected to conduct an IPO in the second half of 2026, offering 10 to 15 percent of its shares. However, at the time of publication, the enterprise has not yet been transformed from a state-owned company into a joint-stock company.
