Uzbek Leasing International pays dividends

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- General shareholders meeting of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. adopted decision on payment of dividends.

In line with the decision, the company will pay 108,200 soums per each ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which the firm will pay dividends, makes up 6,000.

Uzbek Leasing international A.O. was founded in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan from 5 January 2010.

Shareholders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan (35%), Maybank of Malaysia (35%), EBRD (15%) and International Finance Corporation (15%).
