Uzbek Energy Ministry to Review LPG Supply Complaints

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's Ministry of Energy said it has taken under review complaints related to the supply of liquefied gas to households following a report by online publication Kun.uz on problems in Kuva district of the Ferghana region.

In an official statement, the ministry said it would thoroughly examine every reported case involving delays in the delivery of liquefied gas cylinders, cylinder refilling, the quality of customer service, and compliance with professional ethics by employees.

The ministry said appropriate measures would be taken to address any shortcomings identified during the review.

It also noted that in recent months, measures have been introduced in stages across the country's regions to address existing problems in the supply of liquefied gas to households and improve the quality of services.

The Ministry of Energy called on consumers to submit complaints and suggestions related to gas supply to the regional task forces established throughout the country.
