Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Turnover generated by Uzbek participants in Wildberries’ Growth Platform business support programme rose by more than 200% in the first half of 2026 compared with the same period last year, Wildberries said in a press release.

The programme became available to Uzbek entrepreneurs in summer 2026. At the first stage, about 100 local manufacturers were recommended for participation with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan.

Clothing and textile manufacturers account for the majority of participants. Clothing, baby clothing, home textiles and sportswear together generated more than 94% of the total turnover of Uzbek participants.

Sales of TOMTINO WEAR COLLECTION clothing increased more than 24-fold in the first half of the year compared with the same period in 2025. Sales by cookware and equipment store DavrMetall rose 5.8 times, while home textile brand LOVEDAY increased sales 5.3 times. Sales of sportswear brand Big life nearly tripled.

The strongest growth was recorded in home textiles, where sales increased by 503%, followed by clothing at 212%, sportswear at 198% and baby clothing at 126%.

The programme also includes manufacturers from other categories. Sales of cookware and kitchen equipment increased by 548%, while sales of leisure and camping goods rose by 191%. During the first half of the year, participants also began selling garden furniture as well as beauty and health products.

“For entrepreneurs, the Growth Platform is an opportunity not only to start or expand sales on Wildberries, but also to receive comprehensive support in developing their businesses. We help manufacturers understand marketplace tools, promotion and sales scaling. At the same time, Uzbek companies gain an additional opportunity to reach customers outside the country and develop exports,” Wildberries said.

A separate area of the programme is the promotion of Russian cosmetics brands in Uzbekistan. In cooperation with the Russian Export Center, Wildberries launched the “Beauty of Russia” storefront on the Uzbek version of its marketplace.

The storefront features products from Russian beauty brands, including Krasnopolyanskaya Cosmetics, Krygina Cosmetics, Krymskaya Roza, Botavikos and Olesya Mustaeva’s Workshop.

Wildberries said the project allows Russian manufacturers to introduce their products to Uzbek consumers and develop sales in a new market.

The Growth Platform programme includes manufacturer training, expert support and assistance with product promotion. It covers various stages of working with the marketplace, from entering the platform to scaling sales.

Participants also have access to cross-channel tools provided by RWB (Wildberries&Russ), including outdoor advertising. More than 150,000 advertising surfaces in over 150 Russian cities have been allocated to promote Uzbek brands, creating additional opportunities for local manufacturers to enter the Russian market and develop exports.
