Uktambank to raise charter capital by 11bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uktambank open joint stock commercial bank will increase its charter capital by 10.998 billion soums, the bank disclosed.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities' market registered prospectus of emission of the bank.

In line with the document, Uktambank will issue 10.998 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription on market value, but not less than par value. The bank plans to place 25% of share through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent”.
