Turkiston Bank to acquire shares of Jahon Leasing

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint stock commercial investment bank “Turkiston” will purchase shares in the charter capital of open joint stock company Jahon Leasing.

The bank said it will buy 2 million shares of leasing company, Jahon Leasing, with nominal value of 1,000 soums.

Total volume of the deal will make 2 billion soums, which makes up 85.07% from charter capital of Jahon Leasing.
