The number of enterprises and organizations working in the construction sector increased by 6.7%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, as of 1 November 2020, the number of enterprises and organizations working in the construction sector reached 40,300 organizations and compared to the corresponding period of 2019, increased by 6.7%.

In the context of regions, the largest number of 7,700 organizations are registered in Tashkent. This indicator, in this region compared to the same period in 2019, increased by 17.3%.

At the same time, 3,500 were registered in Tashkent, 3,200 in Kashkadarya and Ferghana, 3,000 construction enterprises and organizations in Andijan and Samarkand.
