The certificate of an individual entrepreneur will display photo of the owner

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In accordance with the President’s resolution “On measures to simplify state regulation of entrepreneurial activity and self-employment,” from 1 July 2020, the requirement for state re-registration of legal entities - business entities when changing their location (mailing address) in case of lack of tax debt in significant amounts by introducing a notification procedure.

Registration of individual entrepreneurs in the bodies of the state tax service is carried out at the place of entrepreneurial activity during their state registration (re-registration).

A certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur is issued with a photograph of an individual entrepreneur displayed on it.

According to the resolution, family enterprises engaged in activities intended for self-employed persons with a number of participants of at least three people pay VAT at a rate reduced by 50 percent of the established amount.
