Tender for the sale of 99.7% of the shares of Kokand Biochem extended

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced the extension of the deadline for submission of non-binding offers for the sale of a 99.7% stake in the authorized capital of Kokand Biokhim JSC, announced in the announcement from 7 January 2022.

The tender deadline is set until 18:00 of 15 April 2022 Tashkent time.

The deadline for submitting proposals is extended in order to increase the competitiveness of the process, as well as to attract additional potential investors.
